Hooray. I'm off the med's now & ready to continue. I still show a 4# loss for January. I measured my waist this morning and it was a whooping 50 inches. Off topic: I read a lot of newsgroups and was getting tons of spam. Now I block all posts from Google Groups and the problem has disappeared.
