HOw does WW now calculate the number of points you get a day?
Last I checked it had to do with age, gender, life style and current
weight...can anyone supply the exact formula?

Didn't you get the new points chart?...If not you might go in and attend a
few meetings and they will get you up to date...Good luck...GG

It's been a while since I've been to meetings, I have my own tools I was
just curious to how they do the point calculations.

That's the thing...I paid the enrollment and everything else, about 8 months
ago. So I did pay for the information, I just can't find it. I knew they
changed the computation I just didn't have the exact details

Personal Daily Points Allowance
1. Are you:
Female (score 3)
Male (score 9)
2. How old are you?
16-20 (score 5)
21-35 (score 4)
36-50 (score 3
51-65 (score 2)
65+ (score 1)
3. How many stones do you weight?
Ignore the lb, the nuber of stones is your scorefor this question,
someone who weighs 12st 4lb will score 12
4.How all are you?
Under 5ft 4ins (score 1)
Over 5ft 4ins (score 2)
5. In your main occupation are you:
sitting most of the time (score 0)
Occasionally sitting but mainly standing (score 2)
Walking most of the time (score 4)
Doing phyisically hard work most of the time (score 6)
6. Do you want to:
Lose weight (score 0)
Maintain your weight (score 6)
