G'day   Having finally accepted that I am 20 lbs above my normal weight most
of my life .  I am 69 years old and would appeciate any support

G'day Trevor.  You can get support here.  At least I have.  I'm 69 too
and struggling but I'm hanging in there.  Hang out, post often.
