small victories

I am keeping up with drinking my water and writing down stuff in my food
journal, also have done most of my stretching exercises for Sunday and
Monday, these are small things but they are things that have gotten away
from me and they are things I want as part of my lifestyle style so I am
glad to be having them back, Lee

Good luck!  Just keeping to the regular habits helps, I find.
