After the weekend of mad exercise (two swims and a walk: 16 points in 3
days) and several days of not being well, I lost five whole pounds!  So
I will probably bounce up again next week.  The trick will be not to
bounce too far...

The history is:

Friday: had 18, earned 5, ate 21, carried 2 forward
Saturday: had 18(+2), earned 6, ate 22, carried 4 forward
Sunday: had 18(+4), earned 5, ate 20, carried 7 forward
Monday: had 18(+7), ate 12.5, carried 12.5 forward
Tuesday: had 18 (+12.5), ate 7, carried 23.5 forward...
Wednesday: had 18(+23.5!), ate 6, carried 35.5 forward!
Today: had 18 (+35.5!!!), have eaten 10 so far...

Well, I have never done so badly since the week I was in hospital on a
liquid only diet and managed 11 points all week!

I shall have a non-threatening snack to take my pills on and turn in.
Tomorrow is a new week, and I do feel a bit better, though I don't think
it would be wise to swim.  If it isn't too cold on Saturday I'll try to
get out for a walk, and swim as usual on Sunday.  Fingers crossed for a
better week next week.  I do NOT need to be ill right now!

what is wonderful is that you still tracked and you know where you are, that

Thanks, I will.

Start of the new week: I HOPE I've reset my WW pedometer properly...

Not managed any breakfast, and it's 11.45 am, so I shall go straight to
lunch and have some butternut squash soup (zero points), gluten free
toast, and possibly a yoghurt.  I don't want to pack too much in as I
don't want to trigger any further misbehaviour!  Slowly, slowly - baby
steps!
