>anyone know how many points is in a hot chocolate from Dunkin Donuts? or is
>it like a whole days' worth and so just not worth it? thanks!
I went to the Dunkin Donuts website and clicked on nutrition. After
clicking on hot chocolate I was taken to:
https://www.dunkindonuts.com/aboutus/nutrition/Product.aspx?Category=Beverages&i
d=DD-669
I come up with 5 points. The bad thing, at least for me, is that you
get 60 calories from fat. That is more than the under 20% I try and
stay within.

you said it better than me, and since you figured the points, this would be
in the treat category not the every day category for me, Lee
