Does anyone else get a kick out of ... beating the system? I like trying to
find things so yummy that I gobble them up despite the fact that they are
both good for me and meeting my point needs exactly. I am currently on an
indian and chinese (like the Chinese eat, not American Chinese) kick.
Garlic. Yum.

I am a complete mushroom freak. Egg beaters are the nastiest creation known
to man. But they make a really nice breakfast glue for mushrooms. And
spinach. And GARLIC! My husband thinks I am insane for eating garlic in my
scramble. But it is totally yummy.

Retraining myself back to eating properly has caused me today to be very
hungry. But now I know this too shall pass. If I can make one thing in the
day that is so yummy, then I can get on until the stomach remembers how it
feels good with less food.

Take care!

If you don't like egg beaters why don't you eat egg whites?

Because they are the same thing and the yellow coloring helps me feel
better. My favorite part of an egg is the yolk.
