Well the glycemic index with core was a flop.  I gained 4 pounds
already.  I just can't get along with core because I always eat too
much.  Guess I'm weak that way.

I've returned to flex points where I've had past success.  I know what
not to eat now for my diabetes.  Corn is one thing with a high GI.

I have tried core several times, and have found the same issue, so what I do
is try and eat the core foods but count the points for portion control, not
as much of an issue there for me that way, and you learned something about
yourself so it was a great success in my book, Lee

Welcome back.I really believe the points system can be adapted to any
dietary restrictions you might have.
I 'm on a stict vegetarian diet because of kidney issues, and I can
easily adapt it to points.
Good luck in shedding thoe 4 points, they should be gone in no time!
