Up a pund on Thursday...  Catch-up from the bank holiday excesses, I think.

But I'm working on it!  Swimming last night: 70 lengths (indoors, so
1750m) in an hour last night, and another 56 in the outdoor pool (so
about the same distance) this morning.  Back in the outdoor pool
tomorrow morning.

It was cold, breezy, and raining, but the water was nice and warm!

I see the heat wave in the UK was just as short as the one in Belgium
:-) The moment we were used to the hot weather it was cold again... No
outdoor pools here for me yet, but I 've got a great Olympic pool (50 m)
just 5 minutes away from here. But I 'm amazed you 're swimming 1750 m
in an hour! Good going!

I don't swim fast, but I do swim steadily!  I envy you the 50m pool...
I'd love one of those close by!  Swimming is the one form of exercise I
will go out of my way for.  Yesterday I clocked up 50 minutes of steady
but uncounted lengths, so called it 4 exercise points.  It was higher
than WW 'moderate' levels, but not my usuall 'high' levels of exercise.

No outdoors swimming yet?  Wimp!  ;)
