It is so nice to log back on to this group and see some familiar faces. Thank you for still being here and supporting each other. Lee, Kate and Willow. I am not sure if Douglas is the same Doug from Japan or not, but if you are, it is great to see you too. I hope all is going well with your weight loss/maintenance. I slipped a bit, but did not gain back everything. I still have a long way to go to get to goal though. Have a great weekend.
