Hey guys!
What's up?
There's so much junk posting in here, it's impossible to find anything.
How's everybody doing?
What are your summer plans?
Challenges? Victories? What's up?

All is well...Still at goal...I keep being prodded to become a WW employee
( a night or two a week) I might just consider that...Since losing my wife I
find lots of open time...In fact if it wasn't for work????...Anyway...Keep a
smile...This group has really gone to heck...Oh well...GG

It's up to you Gary, but from what little of you I've seen on here, I think
you'd be a terrific addition to a WW team. Give it some serious thoughts,
there's a lot to be said about giving back... :o)

Hey there!

Loadsa stuff... I had a big computer crash, I was busy sewing, then
went on holiday for a week. Up a few pounds and trying to get back on
track, but water retention due to TOM ain't helping, and neither is the
Attack of the Carb Munchies I also get at this time.
More computer crash today. Bums!

Fair to middling... ;)

Get back on track, paint bits of the house, sew like crazy!

Getting Back to Goal is the big challenge.

Great to see someone not posting junk!
I 'm not doing too well, or better, I 'm maintaining but would rather be
losing.
I 've enrolled in a training programme to get fit, it starts tomorrow
and I 'm looking forward to it.
Apart from that, summer plan is trying to be reasonable on my birthday
(July 10), and if that doesn't work, then at least be back on track as
of July 11!

Hi Will,
It's probably been about a year since I've posted to the group and I can't
believe how much junk there is here now. When I was posting regularly - 5
years ago, there was no junk!
Anyway, nice to hear from you. Also nice to see that Lee and Kate are still
here too...

Hi Brenda,
It is nice to see another familiar poster. I jusr rejoined the group
myself. I am amazed at how few support posts there are. I am
grateful for the regulars that still do post here though.

I 'm fine, only WW-wise I could do better! I 'm starting a sports
programme next week that should get me a little bit more in shape, I
hope it will be a nice incentive to stay on Points as well!

Hi Willow
Just trying to stay at the same goal weight. Not doing too bad on
that one. My DH has been doing the WW program on his own and lost 25
pounds.
I only have one big challenge coming up weight wise. We are going on
a cruise in Hawaii this fall, and those cruise ships usually have so
much food available (especially at the 24 hour buffet) so will have to
be careful there.

I haven't ever posted regularly to this group, but did check in
frequently. It's rather sad to see the group overrun by trolls and
junk rather than the informative, supportive group it once was! In
fact, I've been checking in and not seeing any of the regular posters
-- I wondered if you had all decamped for a new group somewhere else.
It's nice to see you posting again!
Ruby, who lost 38 pounds with the help of this group, and now needs to
do it again in the wake of a serious back injury and a thyroid meltdown!

Well done on the 38 pounds, Ruby. And good to see you posting, we need
all the posters we can get!

Thanks, Nathalie. The problem is, I gained it back when I couldn't
walk. So now I have to lose it again.
And it looks like we have plenty of posters here -- just not the REAL
kind. How to get rid of the trolls?
