It's been crazy around here. DH is going from deadline to deadline, never
knowing when he'll be home, when he can take a day off or not... it's been
difficult.

I don't have a job for september. Like most people looking for a job right
now I guess, I'm very discouraged, feel very lame, and I'm having a hard
time keeping up the spirit.

I changed my birth control method recently, and though it seems to have made
a difference for the better, I'm still adjusting... so hormones are on spin
cycle these days.

All of this made it very hard for me to remain on Core and control my
"hunger signals". I need structure, and I need accountability.

This is were it gets WAY COOL. My husband decided to switch with me, and
we're going to compare notes at night to see how each other's doing. Not as
a "you're doing this wrong" sort of thing, but more as an encouraging
helpful time in our "plan".

I am so lucky to have that man in my life! and we're so going to get skinny
for the holidays.. HA! Watch us go!

Here's to feeling positive about this for the first time in months!

Wishing you all the best Willow... that's the great thing about Flex,
it gives you structure that can really help when life is a bit of a
mess.  I know I miss it when I don't apply my Flex points (in Belgium
they are Flexipoints) for a few days, I feel kinda out of control.
Keep up the spirit, you are a very positive person and you will get a
job, hang in there,

Nathalie

Willow,

you can't get on with any of the school districts?  last I knew you
were working towards your teaching credential.  There is such a
shortage of teachers, I am sure you could at least go in as a
substitute in various districts in your area.

I know the birth control wreaks havoc on my girls.  They can be
unbearable to live with on some BC pills.  Now they have found that
the ring works wells for one and the quarterly shot works well for the
other one.   Hang in there.
