What you need is something high fibre and low calory. I like carrot &
coreander soup

Thank you Kate. Do you mean Carrot and Coriander soup?
I haven't see this in the super market.
Do they have this in a can? Like at Costco?

Weight Watchers do a great range of recipe books with caloie and Points
calculated for you. Many are either vegetarian or can be adapted.
You can eat whatever you want at any time of the day or night and lose
weight so long as your calory intake is less than your total expenditure
per day.

There isn't one weight loss recipe. Losing weight has to come through a
lifestyle change to be healthy and permanent.
You have to learn to eat less, and healthier everyday, and be active
everyday, for the rest of your life.

I use a Weight Watcher's recipe:
Slice up one large Spanish onion
Chop up 2 lbs carrots
Put in a large put and just cover with vegetable stock (I use Kallo
Organic stock cubes). Bring to the boil and simmer for 20 minutes.
Puree the soup and add a large handful of chopped fresh coriander leaves.
