Nothing.

No.

I spend NO time in the gym and get exactly what I deserve! And, more to
the point, exactly what I earn and expect!

Stop going then.

It's probably due to seeing your misterable face.

Nope!
Crap cut: I don't bother with the gym as I cannot do high impact stuff
due to having fibromyalgia. Instead I usually swim 2-3 times a week,
doing 60-80 lengths of the pool each time, (that's 1500-2000 metres per
session), and walk everywhere I can. This, combined with the sensible
eating that Weight Watchers promotes, means that I lost a total of
70lbs. Most of it has stayed off for over two years. I'm just getting
back to re-shedding the last few pounds regained when I was unable to
swim and ate more than usual due to depression...
There really is no need for anyone to spend money on snake oil,
expensive gyms, or special diet foods and suppliments: sensible meal
planning and a reasonable level of exercise and activity will do all you
need.

Not really, I spend little time at the gym and get great results!

You're looking at the wrong people. Weight loss is a complete process, the
gym alone doesn't bring results, good foods alone don't bring resuls.. it's
a combination of both that work.
> But I see people in the gym everyday that are doing the same workout

Well DUH..
Hmmm I've been doing this for months, and it doesn't work, oh well I'll keep
doing it!

Where on earth do you work out? In Saint Quentin?

Ok,

No kidding.. if you have to say that, then I'm not surprised people around
you get no results..

Yes and no. Intervals are great, but like anything else.. too much of
anything is too much...
