1.5 lbs.

Still TOM, still got bad water retention, but I *did* swim twice - and
managed a mile on Sunday mornin's final outdoor pool swim until May.  :(

Hands are baaaaad this week, which isn't helping with the sewing...

Hey there!

Good job on the loss!!

I was down 0.2 Sunday. Coming back from vacation!!

I swam twice also. I need to swim every day!!!

I've geared up, new swimsuit, cap and google, a board and a pullboy, a
swimmer towel. I'll all geared up, I need to make good use of it!!

I have goggles and a nose clip, but no hat...  I did buy a couple of new
cheap beach towels for swimming...  I have SIX cozzies on the go at
present!  :D

Swimming tonight...  Aiming for 68 lengths of the pool to make the mile
again.  We shall see...

I have a few of those for when I go backpacking, but had never thought
of using them at the pool. Thanks for the great idea!

Well done !
I need to get serious about eating right again. I 've been focusing on
exercise for the past months and that's going really well, but those
last 2 weeks at the coast in the South of France were not too beneficial
for my WW points!
I did swim several times a day though.
