Me neither!  I've been very half-hearted about it all summer, with
various rather distressing distractions, but I do now need to get back
on track.  I'm trying to plan more carefully again, track everything,
and keep to the points.  And I missed a few meetings here and there,
which is never good.

Despite it being a Cake Week (son's birthday cake and a pile of bananas
that would have run off by themselves if I hadn't converted them into
banana bread!), I managed to maintain.

I'm also trying to get back into the swimming habit.  Not been doing
that as regularly as I should, due to several other things eating up the
time.  Still, I can't be as unfit as I thought I was, as I did manage a
mile last night before weigh in!  Going again tonight and Sunday Morning.
