Every morning do you look down at the scale or in the mirror, do you
maybe feel the hurt of being overweight and you wonder if there is a
real solution to this problem.

There is indeed: STOP weighing every morning and stressing about every
little wobble.  Once a week is enough, and if the eneral trend is down
over a month, you are doing it right.
