I've planned the week's menues. Hubby is off to buy the things we don't
have... That leaves me to get on with some other neglected tasks (like
de-coking the fridges!), and not be tempted to buy chocolate and stuff
we do not need!
I've told the family; NO CHOCOLATE FOR ME! Just don't buy me it as I
won't eat it. We've never been a family to have tins of Quality Street
and the like round the place, so there's no general sweetie mine to
burrow into.
Looking at my menu for the week, Christmas day adds up to 24 points, but
the rest of the week there are points spare, and I may well be adding
extra with dashing about anyway.
Looks like I shall be too busy to be bored and snacking at the computer,
and cake and mince pies are planned parts of meals rather than fillers
between meals. Once the food is bought and put away, I can forget it
until it's time to cook.
I just wish there was time for a quick swim!

Hey there!
Sounds like a good plan.
I did good around Christmas, eating wisely and walking most days.
Today we had the reveillons and I definitively ate too much. That's ok
though, right back on track tomorrow and it'll be it!
Merry Christmas everybody!!!!
