Could someone tell me what is new about the Weight Watcher Plan I am seeing
on TV ads? I am familiar with points.

Thank you.

It'd be long to explain.

Go to a meeting, get the new material :o)

I wasn't asking to have it all written out for me. I was just curious as to
whether this is just a new twist on the old plan or something truly new?

I am working full time, and I have quite a few food allergies. I went for
several years and had to drop out a year ago when I started working. Dealing
with working, following the plan, and trying to work around my allergies was
just more than I could handle.

I was considering joining online.

They have just revamped it and got rid of the Core plan.

Good.  To find out how it all fits together, you need to either join a
meeting or join on line.  They tweak and refine all the time, and it's
all a bit different since I originally joined a few years ago!  :)

I cannot take advantage of the new plan.  I retired 2 years ago and am
living on a fixed income and cannot afford the cost of meetings.  The
points will work fine for me.

Go with what you have, then.  It worked before, it will again, and you
have the stuff...
