Yesterday was a little slippery, and I almost lost my way, but I caught
myself. Wrote it down, counted it, started new today. Here we go!

I need to move, but I guess I'm not recovered as much as I thought. I get
dizzy with physical effort. I'm still planning on stopping by the gym
tonight, but I'm taking it easy for a while.

I DID sleep well, FINALLY!

Will~

Yup, only way, really.

My day was busy, so OK.  Meals worked out a little on the low side (12
points out of 19 allowed), so I had a pack of Go Ahead bikkies with
afternoon tea for 3 points and I've just has a slice of banana bread for
another two.  Total is 18 consumed, so one left, plus 5.5 activity
points saved.  Still ahead of the game!  :)

Well done Will! I 'm on day 3 and for me as well it has been so far so
good. And you know what, it feels good to be back on track :-)
Be careful with exercising, indeed take it easy, or go on long walks?
(not sure how the weather is over there with you guys)
