Down a WHOLE FIVE AND A HALF POUNDS at weigh-in last night!  See me
dancin'!  :D

OK, so most of it was water, but me legs now bend in the middle again,
and I did go swimming twice.  This week I've also earned activity points
just going up and down the stairs between the sewing room and the
cutting board and pressing station...  Makeing the hubby's suit is quite
intensive...

Gotta get on now...

You go girl!   I'm down 1.4lbs at weigh-in last night! It's little but
it's a start :) 3 workouts this week......I will aim for 4 next week.
I also will aim to have better control at supper! Thats my goal for
next week!

Don't aim too high.  Mine was an exceptional loss, and the water
retention is now being treated medically.  1-2lbs a week is what WW and
all good weight loss programs recommends, remember.  :)  I'd have been
happy with a pound in the right direction, after all.

Wow Kate that's absolutely amazing! Keep on doing what you'r doing!
My week has gone well so far and I see the scales going down, but
official weigh-in day will be Wednesday for me.
I 'm meeting a group of friends at a Thai restaurant tomorrow and the
challenge will be to make wise choices. Thai food seems light but since
my cookery course in Thailand I now know the amounts of fat and sugar
that go in these dishes, so I'd better be careful!

I find eating out like that a trial, as hidden fats can have disasterous
consequences on my digestive system!  Go for steamed whole fish and veg
if you can.

The big loss was caused by seeing the doc, taking the tablets, and
moving - plus being too buisy building a suit for my hubby to have time
to snack!
