Caribbean Drumsticks (Crock pot)

Caribbean Drumsticks
4 servings

Ingredients
6 scallions, chopped
2 Jalapeños pepper
2 TBSP cider vinegar
2 TBSP honey
1 TBSP olive oil
1 TBSP Jamaican jerk seasoning
1 tsp salt
8 chicken drumsticks, skinned (about 1 1/2 lb)

Directions
1- Put the scallions, jalapeños, vinegar, honey, oil, jerk seasoning, and
salt in a blender; puree until a smooth paste forms, 1-2 minutes.

2- Place drumsticks and paste in a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker; mix well. Cover
and cook until the drumsticks are fork-tender, 3-4 hours on high or 6-8
hours on low.

Per 2 drumsticks: 244 cal, 13g fat, 1g fib.
