I cut up onion, carrots, celery, zucchini, peppers, whatever else I have on hand, put the chicken on top, pour the salsa over the whole thing. Serve over Couscous.
Complete meal for about 1-2 more pts than the chicken.
You can't get much easier than this!
Put frozen chicken breast into crock pot. Cover with salsa.
Cook for 7 or 8 hours, or until done.
The only points are for the chicken.

I dare say a can of chopped tomatoes with that lot and a dash of Tobasco
woiuld work...
When I get a moment I shall grab all these ideas and file them in my WW
recipes file.

Truoble is, I usually make my own salsa... :D
