Oh, ugh! Hope you are better soon.
My week fell apart due to work, and I didn't make my meeting either. I
THINK I'm down a pound, but won't know for sure until next week.
Exercise levels are certainly up this week, so fingers crossed...

exercise will certainly offset any missteps. I got so ill i think i threw
up food from a couple of previous lives. I feel somewhat better, still a
little queasy but managed to keep down dinner. Lee

My back is almost completely better, but still babying it just to make sure,
have watched DH push his and have setbacks, as to whatever is wrong with my
stomach, it is not getting worse and that is a blessing, it seems coffee is
really bothering me, but i was able to keep down my dinner and a bit of soup
earlier, i am considering yogurt as my next attempt, thanks, Lee, in IL
