Wow! I went to wi last night and expected to have gained something,as
my pants were fitting pretty snug, I almost fell off the scale with a
1.2 lb loss! I don't know what happened to the jeans but I was
surprised to say the least. I managed to track every day, so I knew I
had stayed within point range. This week I resolve to continue
tracking and add at least 4 days of workouts to the mix. I have lost
5.6 so far since Jan 1, but I'm also insulin resistant......no excuse,
but makes losing harder. So I'm happy and determined now! I hope you

that is outstanding news, and i have noticed that the shape/feel of the body
does change as you lose weight, maybe water retention, or perhaps your dried
them too long, and good luck this week, Lee
