Introducing myself. I beleive I will be starting my weight loss journey
tomorrow. I lost a boat load a few years back and haave started gainin. I
need to nip it in the bud!

I cam ehere back years ago, and you folk were mighty helpful. Hopefully I
can be helpful as well.

I 'm in the same boat, lost a lot, started gaining again, and trying at
least to get the gaining under control.
It's great to see a few 'oldies' coming back, I 'm sure we can help each
other.
