I am looking for snack ideas that are zero to very few points. They need to
be quick or make ahead.

I often throw veggies with chickem broth and garlic into a pot. Simmer.
Puree. Reheat and drink. I make it ahead and keep it on hand.

My main battle is with huner. I don' have mood eating problems. I Love Love
Love things that don't stay with me, like bread, potatoes and pasta. So I am
looking for ideas for things I can press into my gullet when I am hungry to
protect myself from the things I should not be eating!

Anyone have any tips for me?

Thanks

Stephanie

Oh different salad ideas are appreciated as well. My husband makes a salad
of lettuce, cukes and carrots. I find that boring.

at my favorite chinese buffett they make a salad with broccoli and
cauliflower cut/chopped/grated depending with either raisins or dried
cranberries and a salad dressing like i said about the slaw, not many of the
cranberries or raisins, just enough to flavor, and its most of the points,
very tastey with the sweet dressing and rasins contrasting with the raw
broccoli and cauliflower,

Lee, oh yeah the dole salad blend that is called very veggie is excellent,
has lots of crispy sweet snow pea pods, and is good straight out of the bag,

put 1/2 c splenda and 1/2 C ff saladressing, a bit of horse radish, grate
cabbage and put in enough to take up dressing, keep track of how much you
put in so you can point it it is one of the best fillers i know,
