I make pea and ham soup. About 2 points a portion.
You need:
About 4 points of ham stock
about 2 pints of dried peas
about 8 oz ham cubed into 0.5cm cubes
Soak the peas overnight in water. Drain, and cook in the ham stock.
Liquidise. If it's too thick, add a little more water. Add the cubed
ham. Freeze in one portion lots.

cube it for salads, portion it to a known quantity of points, so when you
make a salad for home its easier, if you are making it for work, leave it in
its little baggy and it will help keep the food cold.
make a low point bean soup, portion and freeze.
- grind it up and make a stir fry with it and some of the favorite
vegetables in your house.
the frozen cubes can also be used for omelltes, or mixed into potatoes when
you make augratin potatoes,..
Ham freeses so good just pick a format, and a points value and go for it,
