I overslept, i was just too wound up after attending a funeral to get decent
sleep. I stayed on track, am working my way back to all of my exercises
after hurting my back, and am making decent choices with serious control on
the "junkier" stuff. so i can honestly say this week was a success even if i
missed WI.

have a great week,

Lee

Well done.  I shall go back to WI's later this week.  Everything just
got too complicated this last 2 or 3 weeks...  Still, I've been OK and
stayed reasonably on track.  May have lost a pound - we shall see.

good luck with the WI, i really am doing well, I bought a German chocolate
cake at walmart on the reduced bin, and DH dutiflly cut it into the required
16 slice, the cake part is wonderful, but they put both butter cream and the
coconut topping on it, i was disappointed, I am currently trying to figure
out how to give part of it away... or its getting frozen, DH eats nothing
with coconut so he is no help,

Freeze as individual portions, and then you can drag it out one slice at
a time when you need a cake fix.
