In the areas of health, diet, fitness, nutrition, what have so far
been your greatest
victories in life and how did you achieve any or all of them ?

I became serious with the gym around the year 2007, haven't stopped
since and have lost about 40-50 pounds of fat, and build up a good
20-25 pounds of muscle. I'm very happy with my achievement I don't
know if this counts as a victory, however it's a victory to me. Should
have I continued the way I was going, I would have a heart attack in
no time. Now I'm healthier then ever :). A little motivation can beat
anything!

I've lost 70+ lbs in 2002-2003 and have maintained a healthy weight since.

my parents allowed me to live to adulthood was a decent start, now the best
one is that i am well on my way to losing about 125 pounds, using WW and
some other common sense strageies,
