On the 19th (Tues) I did not eat at all until 4:00PM.  I had obtained the
MacDonalds Nutrition sheet and discovered there is very little there that I
can go with.
But I did discover their cheapest hamburger graded out to 5 points on my
calculator.  Since I didn't eat anything in the previous18 hours I obtained
3 of those 5 point burgers.  I had an appointment and after the appointment
I got another three 5 point burgers and took them home and added more
lettuce, tomatoe, and onion.  I only had zero point diet cola or water to
drink all day.
So I had 30 points used up from my allotment of 35 and I still gained 1.8
pounds.  Either MacDonalds cheapo burger is loaded more than they advertise,
or my weight loss has to wait until they are fully absorbere and passed on.
Well, it was a nice fantasy for a short while.  Burgers are right at the top
of my 'most desirable list'.  Back to the gruel.

You had 6 burgers in one day?

1- That's just plain nasty.

2- There's enough sodium in there to make you retain water for a week.
