Each pole on Uranus gets about 42 years of continuous sunlight followed by
42 years of darkness. And lots of gas.

Uranus' magnetic field is odd in that it is not centered on the center of
the planet and is tilted almost 60 degrees with respect to the axis of
rotation. It is probably generated by motion at relatively shallow depths
within Uranus.

I bet Magnetohydrodyniamicists (phew ! big word)  have fun doing

"The study of the interaction of magnetic fields and electrically conducting
liquids or gases, such as molten metal or plasma. Also called
hydromagnetics"?
