Lamb chops given a rub with harrissa and baked on a bed of vegetables
(onion, fennel, bell peppers, tomatoes, whole garlic cloves,
mushrooms... ), served with baby roast potatoes done with garlic and herbs.

Strawberries for afters!

Lots of low point or point free stuff.

Sounds yummy Kate.  I did wonder what harrissa was.  I had to look it
up.
