i made W I, up .4 lb which i attribute to salt intake, i have been making
better choices but more salt than usual, better on water but still no decent
exercise and a bit of car time which makes me swell.  still stressed over
the cat and his treatment, but he is getting stablized now... i have
actually started putting things in the journal and am doing some better with
that,

have a great week.

I've been trying to be sensible but not actually tracking.  Going to get
my head round that and start in the morning.

Most of the meals have outline plans for this week, and I have my
exercise planned.  I also have plenty of work, which should stop me
getting bored and eating my head off!
