Well, I have been VERY good about tracking EVERYTHING for the last 4
weeks, I've logged into e-tools also, worked out 5 days a
week...........I lost 2.2 lbs this week, and 6 lbs for Jan!!!!!!!  I
belong to Curves also and was measured yesterday......the biggest loss
was in my thighs. So I have the incentive  to keep it up! My challange
for myself working out is
1) to keep on tracking in Feb
2) keep working out
3) try to get some kind of work out  in on the weekends

I hope Feb is as good to you, my weight loss buddies as I hope it will
be for me! :)
