I had my second weigh in and I lost 1 lb.  Oh, my goodness.  After the
buffet and no exercise, I consider the one lb as a victory because I
thought I had gained but went to the weigh in anyway.  This time I
want to be accountable.  I will track everything this week and
increase my exercise.

Aloss is better than a gain but staying even is good too.  I feel that
I was meant to come back to WW.
