I was doing good until Friday evening when I fell into a vat of
macaroni and cheese and fried fish cakes.  I was not really surprised
by the gain.  I will start the new week as if the gain did not happen.

every week is a learning week, since you know why the gain happened you can
consider how to avoid it next time, and sometimes it is worth it , Lee

Lee, that is excellent advice and I am doing that this week.  I have
made sure to have fresh baby carrots on hand for a snack and I am
drinking, drinking, drinking water.  I feel more in control and I am
sure it will show on the scale.  Thanks for your support, it means a
lot.
