i have been gone since aug 10 because our house burnt down and we have been
dealing with all of that, a dear friend sent me a computer, and i am slowly
but surely reinstalling news groups.

as to weight, i haven't done WI since then, i just can't deal with it all
right now, I am taking time off until we have cmpleted the inventory of the
hose and i have hopefully purchased a new food scale.

I hope is going well withall of you.

I'm trying to get back on track, but it's a bit rocky at present. Still
maintaining rather than gining, so I suppose that's a sort of plus! ;)

not gaining is a reall plus, it was/is horrifying, i wouldn't wish this on
my worst enemy, Lee

its pretty hidious but because dh and all but one of the cats are with us i
am managinglee
