I started writing down what I ate on Sept. 1. I was 118.6 lbs when I
started. Today I'm 110 lbs. :-) I reached my first mini goal.

My measurements are:
Height: 4'11"
Bust 33
Waist 26
Hips 34

Waist-to-hip ratio is now 0.76. I'm aiming for a ratio of 0.7

My next mini goal is 105 lbs. I hope to achieve that before 2 month's
time. The next would be 100 lbs and my ultimate goal is 95 lbs, with a
BMI of 19.2.

Writing down everything I eat has been key to my weight loss. I weight
and measure everything now, even when I "binge". I keep track of all my
calories. Right now my daily intake average is about 1250 kcal/day
because I overate for a period of time, but I'm trying to bring it back
down to 1200 kcal/day.

I've never been on a plan for so long before! I think I can do this for
the rest of my life.

Way to go, Jenny!!  Sounds great!

How is your exercise coming along?  That will help get you to the BMI you
are seeking.

Thanks teachrmama!

I still don't exercise everyday, but I do 15 mins on the exercise bike
sometimes. I have to make it into a habit, like brushing my teeth. The
bike is facing the TV so I should make a point to ride the bike
whenever I watch TV.

That would be a very good idea, Jenny.   I remember you mentioning getting
off the bus a couple of stops early one time.  That would also work well.
Keep up the good work!  =c)
