Just enjoying being home after our trip today. I didn't leave the
house all day other than to go out for a run. I spent about half of
the day doing some consulting work, and the rest just relaxing and web
surfing.
Keeping calories light today :-)
Food (all at home):
* 9:00: 30g Flag Plus granola, 30g All Bran Bran Buds, 22g whey
protein, 1 cup skim milk
* 1:30: 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat hamburger bun
w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 5:00: energy bar
* 7:30: 89g fried chicken breast, without skin; 2 medjool dates
* 11:00 (planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt
Totals: 1169 calories, 17g fat (13%), 125g carbs (43%), 139g protein
(48%)
Exercise:
4:00 -- 3 mile run
