Went to hip-hop class this morning, then a quick grocery store stop,
then home.  Spent much of the afternoon doing some consulting work --
document review.

Food:

* 7:30 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated grana padano
* 11:45 (driving from gym to grocery: energy bar
* 1:00 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup; 1
medjool date
* 5:30 (home): 2 fiber rye crackers
* 7:30 (home): pot roast (120g lean rump roast, 1 1/2 cups veggies
(carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, potato)); 1 medjool date
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt w/ 100g strawberries

Totals: 1430 calories, 33g fat (21%), 129g carbs (36%), 163g protein
(46%)

Averages for the week: 1691 calories, 28% fat, 41% carbs, 31% protein
{Not bad, consider that when I got home Wednesday night, my average
was 1975 calories.  Definitely made up for some of that the last few
days.}

Exercise:  1 hour hip-hop cardio class

I like to chop up one of those Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb wedges and mix
it in with my eggs while they're cooking.  Yummy!

That does sound yummy!  I've used other cheese, but not a flavored
sort like that.
