Went to the gym this morning. Then, after having lunch at home, went
over to my friend's new winery. DH and I are investing in the winery
and I went by to exchange some paperwork. Other than that, haven't
done much constructive, but it's been a pleasant day :-).
Food:
* 7:45 (home): 2 poached eggs on 1 slice whole wheat toast w/ 3 slices
melted f/f cheese & 10g grated parmesan
* 12:30 (driving home from gym): energy bar
* 1:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey breast burger on whole wheat
hamburger bun w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 2:30 (winery): 5 oz. wine
* 6:45 (home): 198g baked potato (w/ Smart Squeeze topping -- no real
butter)
* 9:30 (home): salad w/ 1 cup greens, 3 oz. squash, 84g filet mignon,
calorie-free blue cheese dressing {We got a couple of take-out steak
dinners from the country club to use up our minimum. I ate most of my
baked potato earlier in the evening -- gave the rest to DH. Then I
made a salad with the small tossed salad that came with the dinner,
the squash from the dinner plate, and about 1/3 of the filet. The
rest will make a couple more meals.}
* 11:00 (home -- planned): 250g f/f Greek yogurt
Totals: 1464 calories (95 from alcohol), 29g fat (18%), 133g carbs

Exercise:
10:00 -- Olympic lifting: power snatch; power clean & jerk; clean
