Merry Christmas everyone!!!
What are some of the
best exercises for your abs
and lower back to tone?
Most of my "Fat" seems to be
around my lower back and sides.
****Also****
Was 200lbs on Oct31st, 2006 Body fat % = 23.9
Now 170lbs on Dec 25th, 2006 Body fat% = ???
Based on my weight and the time it's taken me to lose
it, is there a calculation to tell me what my BF% is now?
Or give a best guesstaments?
Thanks

I'm 275, 61 1", and (sigh) 41, and this calculator gives me a BMI of
36.4 and a body fat of 25.4. A recent BF analysis at the gym gave me a
31 body fat, but that was based on 279 pounds. The online calculator is
sensitive to waist size; increasing my waist size to 48 inches, which
is probably more accurate than the 46 size I wear, send the BF up to
28.4.
