Today we drove home from NC, and I've just spent the evening catching
up with TiVo programs. Had larger-than-necessary breakfast and lunch,
and then got back to my normal eating pattern once I got home.
Food:
* 8:15 (hotel breakfast bar): 6 oz. orange juice; 2 eggs, scrambled,
w/ 1/4 oz. shredded cheese; waffle w/ 1 1/2 oz. peanut butter & 2/3
oz. sugar-free syrup
* 11:45 (restaurant): 7 fried oysters; 7 fried mushrooms w/ 1 tbs blue
cheese dipping sauce (I didn't realize what fried mushrooms were --
was envisioning sauteed, but they're actually breaded and deep fried.
Not worth the calories -- ate them, but wouldn't order again.); 3 oz.
green beans
* 7:30 (home): 4 oz. ground turkey burger on 1 slice whole wheat bread
w/ 3 slices f/f cheese, dill pickle slices, & catsup
* 10:30 (home): 1 pear
Totals: 1706 calories, 89g fat (47%), 139g carbs (33%), 85g protein
(20%)
Exercise: None -- travel day, and last day of exercise break -- back
to the gym tomorrow!

And there lies the secret of your success, Chris:) Hope you had a
good visit although it's always good to get home, too, I find.
