A dose of rotavirus. Twenty hours of gut-busting vomiting and
teeth-clattering chills from Christmas Eve morning to Christmas Night.
I lost 4 pounds. And then still couldn't look at food on the 26th.
I lost 4 pounds over the holiday...not many people can say that.

I beat you. I lost 6 so far - then again I went the major surgery route.
Fortunately though mine didn't include vomiting but it will leave a bigger
scar.

I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either. I enjoyed what I wanted,
skipped on seconds and didn't over-indulge. It was a successful
Christmas. :)

I'm sorry you were sick, Mitch. I recall losing 3 pounds over a weekend
in September because of illness. Unfortunately that was the weekend I
was to meet Beverly. :-(
The scale shows me up 5 pounds over three days. I'm assuming that's
water from all the bad food I indulged in over the holiday. If it's
still there at the end of the week, I'll revise my stats. Till then, I
remain

I'll know tomorrow how I've done, down over 2 lbs so far, (in the last 3
weeks) but I went at it the conventional way...
Your diet is successful.. but.. huh... no thanks!!
Seriously, hope your all back together and feel much better! what a rotten
way to spend christmas... :o(
