Connie will kill me when she finds out I posted here. But I'm
supportive, and I've gotten a lot of help on various subjects from
newsgroups (and made some epals in many countries), so maybe she can
get a few tips or support here. I'm posting, because she never saw a
ng, tho I push.
She would ask:
-is this all bs or worthwhile?
-can I talk here without embarassment or will I get slammed?
-can I get some good ideas here to augment tho not screw up, my
current diet? (She's tried many, currently the cookie diet)
Most respectfully (and I don't know the group), please give me/her a
couple of replies like "we're with you" or 'I've been there" or the
like. Or questions/suggestions/recipes/whatever.
Happy New Year,
Brad

You should really learn to read headers. This
person is posting from the US while the other avalanche was posting from UK.
And Jenny lives in Canada while shinypenny is posting from the US.

what a coincidence. I know how to read headers, but why should I? I asked
an honest question.

So you don't look like a dumbass asking questions you could've answered
for yourself?
