I'll let ya'll know when I get there... :-)

Seriously, what I find is that I need to be super motivated by some goal in
the near future that can only be attained if I keep my diet discipline.
F.e., I want to drop to 10% BF in 6 months. Also I want to start going to
Cross Fit for fun, but I need to improve my shape just to not be embarassed
by those people.

Manco --

Good for you! I really like shorter term goals myself, something on
the several month horizon. However, a friend and I engaged in a wager
today regarding losing weight and the deadline is in a month. He will
lose 10 pounds and I will lose 8. He weighs 30 pounds or so less than
I do but he is just starting his diet today and I have been on mine
for almost 2 months, and so the easy pounds are gone for me.

That helps ratchet up the motivation for me.

Yours,

Caleb

Day 56, 25 pounds gone
