Mon: no workout
Tues: 2.5 Miles, hill work
Wed: no workout
Thurs: 4.0 miles easy AM/ 2.5 miles, mid tempo rum PM
Fri: no workout
Sat: 3.0 miles, easy
Sun: 9.0 miles, long and slow
Total miles for week: 21
Couldn't run Wed, so I did two runs Thurs. It felt really good. When
my regular Wed. runs get past 6 miles, I'll probably break them up
into two runs, AM & PM.
I was down to 146 Sun morning, and this morning, I weighed in at 145.5
pounds. The goal is very close....
