Many of us either starve or avoid a lot of our favorite food items to
reduce weight. But in reality dieting couldn't really help in weight
reduction and it could just result in weakness. An article in
http://walking.about.com/cs/diet/a/dietsdontwork_2.htm clearly
explains the problems with dieting. Not to mention about the magical
muscle toners that reduce your weight without any effort and medical
background!

You should be working on controlling your appetite rather than
starving and 'Reductil' (http://www.reductil4me.com) is the ideal
solution for it. Appetite and Satiety are illusions created by the
neurotransmitters (nerve signals) in our brain and Reductil helps in
achieving Satiety faster by reducing signals that induce hunger. When
you feel good with a compact meal, what else is required? Now you need
not have to punish yourself by starving; or sacrifice delicious food
for losing your weight.

Funny, I have lost over 200 pounds by dieting, or more specifically,
changing my diet. There is only one non-surgical way to lose weight,
eat less and exercise more. Trust me, it works. http://sparkpeople.com/mypage.asp?id=darrin40
