Dozens of products work. They work when you are ready for them to
work. The first body part you need to get into shape is the mind. You
need to be READY to lose weight. When you have trained your mind that
it is ready to lose weight, the body will follow. This fact is all
over the web, and is best presented at a website I found called
Emerge! Yes they have some products ( I think ), that they recommend
as "the votes are in, and here are the best of the best", but the site
wants you to FIRST and foremost understand the importance of your mind
being ready to lose the weight. Also there is information about food
allergies, which could be 75% of your weight problem, and other PROVEN
reasons for weight gain, obesity, and unhealthy living. This product
(Emerged! is a publication that the site will present to the public
when it is fully ready) tells you the facts and puts you on your way
to complete and permenant weight loss. Here is a small excerpt from on
of their pages

"I mentioned addiction - I don't use that term lightly. Because we are
food addicts. Both on a psychological and a physiological level. And
we need to be realistic about this. Expecting us to do well with
cookies and ice cream and cake and chips and whatever sitting in our
kitchen calling our name is like expecting a recovering alcoholic to
do well while having a fully stocked liquor cabinet in his or her
home. Or a recovering drug addict to do well with instant easy access
to his or her drug of choice. Food has been OUR drug of choice. And we
are kicking the habit, one step at a time, one decision at a time, one
thought at a time. So consider yourself a recovering addict and make
choices accordingly - the biggest choice here being to put yourself
first, to put your recovery first. When I started this my decision was
that if you weren't part of the solution then you were part of the
problem... just about the only example of black and white, all or
nothing thinking that I'd encourage you to embrace."

I guess I would have to agree with this.  I just can't have certain foods in
my house, because I simply do not have the willpower not to eat them, and in
excess.  Then there are certain foods that I can do just fine with, and eat
only in moderation.  I love chocolate, but I can have a small piece here and
there, and be satisfied.  But something like fresh baked chocolate chip
cookies....  no way.  I'm going to eat them until those suckers are gone!

It's fine, except you don't need "products". In fact, if you do use
your mind you realize that you shouldn't use products, unless food is
a product. It is a lifestyle change that allows a person to lose and
then maintain a lower weight....not no stinking products. dkw
